Snow-coconut drop cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
3 \N Egg whites
2 teaspoons Meringue powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1¼ cup Shredded coconut

Sift sugar. Beat until stiff the egg whites with meringue powder. Add the sugar very slowly, beating constant- ly. Fold in vanilla and coconut. Drop the batter from tea- spoon onto well greased and well floured baking tin.

Place English walnuts on top of each cookie. Bake in slow 300 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
