Measure | Ingredient |

5½ cup | Tomato juice |
¼ cup | Onion; coarsely chopped |
3 \N | Sprays celery leaves |
1 \N | Sprig fresh parsley |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
⅛ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
Put one cup tomato juice in blender container, add remaining ingredients.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Combine with remaining tomato juice and chill well.
