Snappy tomato juice cocktail

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
cupTomato juice
¼cupOnion; coarsely chopped
3Sprays celery leaves
1Sprig fresh parsley
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonSugar
teaspoonTabasco sauce

Directions

Put one cup tomato juice in blender container, add remaining ingredients.

Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Combine with remaining tomato juice and chill well.
