Ingredients

| 10 | larges | Tomatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
Directions
Wash and drain tomatoes. Remove core and blossom ends. Place in slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours or until tomatoes are done. Press through sieve or food mill. Add seasonings; chill.
