Smothered cabbage rue chartres

| 1 | Head cabbage, coarse chop | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pareve margarine |
Directions
Saute' onion and meat in margarine. Add cabbage (with water still clinging to leaves from washing), salt, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for abt. 2 hrs.
