Smokey salmon pate - ames center for diabetes

Yield: 40 appetizers

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Salmon (15oz)
⅔ cup Cottage cheese, low fat
¼ teaspoon Liquid smoke seasoning
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
2 tablespoons Olives, ripe; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Paprika

Drain salmon and chop fine, or mash with a fork.

Press cottage cheese through a strainer, or blend smooth; combine with salmon and remaining ingredients.

Mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.

Serve with melba toast or party rye.
