cupCottage cheese, low fat
¼teaspoonLiquid smoke seasoning
1tablespoonLemon juice
2tablespoonsOnion; minced
2tablespoonsOlives, ripe; finely chopped
1teaspoonWorchestershire sauce
½teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Drain salmon and chop fine, or mash with a fork.

Press cottage cheese through a strainer, or blend smooth; combine with salmon and remaining ingredients.

Mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour.

Serve with melba toast or party rye.
