Smoked sausage antipasto salad

1poundsTurkey Smoked Sausage or Turkey Polska Kielbasa to 1-1/2 lbs. sliced 1/8-inch thick
¾cupItalian salad dressing
6cupsLettuce, torn
8Leaves romaine lettuce, torn
3Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1Cucumber, sliced
1Carrot, peeled and sliced
1cupCauliflower pieces
3ouncesBlack olives
4Green onions, sliced
4ouncesFetz cheese, crumbled

Directions

Brown smoked sausage in a skillet and drain well on paper towels.

Arrange lettuce on a large serving dish and top with vegetables and sausage. Add Feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad and serve.

Total preparation and cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
