Smoked sausage primavera

8ouncesUncooked spaghetti, broken in half
8ouncesEckrich Smoked Sausage, cut into pieces
2cupsFrozen broccoli vegetable mix
¼cupWater
¾cupEvaporated skim milk
2tablespoonsMargarine or butter
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
¼cupGrated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.

Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
