Smoked sausage primavera

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
8 ounces Eckrich Smoked Sausage, cut into pieces
2 cups Frozen broccoli vegetable mix
¼ cup Water
¾ cup Evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.

Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
