Smoked sausage primavera

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Uncooked spaghetti, broken in half |
| 8 | ounces | Eckrich Smoked Sausage, cut into pieces |
| 2 | cups | Frozen broccoli vegetable mix |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| ¾ | cup | Evaporated skim milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine or butter |
| ½ | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage, vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
