Smoked sausage corn salad

Ingredients

1packFrozen whole kernel corn, thawed (16 oz)
½mediumRed bell pepper, chopped
¼cupChopped green onions
1canSliced ripe olives, drained (2.25 oz)
¼cupDijon vinaigrette dressing
¼teaspoonHot red pepper sauce, or to taste
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Cut sausage lengthwise and saute over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet, slice and let cool.

Combine corn, bell pepper, onions, and sausage in medium bowl. Add dressing and pepper sauce; mix well. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves or cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
