Smoked sausage corn salad

8 | ounces | Eckrich Smoked Sausage |
1 | pack | Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (16 oz) |
½ | medium | Red bell pepper, chopped |
¼ | cup | Chopped green onions |
1 | can | Sliced ripe olives, drained (2.25 oz) |
¼ | cup | Dijon vinaigrette dressing |
¼ | teaspoon | Hot red pepper sauce, or to taste |

Directions
Cut sausage lengthwise and saute over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet, slice and let cool.
Combine corn, bell pepper, onions, and sausage in medium bowl. Add dressing and pepper sauce; mix well. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves or cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
