|125 grams||Dried tri-colour pasta twists; cooked and cooled|
|\N \N||; (4oz)|
|1 \N||Red pepper; finely diced|
|4 \N||Salad onions; diagonally sliced|
|1 \N||Red apple; cored and diced|
|3 tablespoons||Freshly chopped mixed herbs|
|\N \N||Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|\N \N||Lettuce leaves to serve|
1. Diagonally slice the sausages and place in a bowl with the pasta, red pepper, salad onions, apple, mayonnaise, herbs and seasoning to taste.
2. Mix well and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves. Serve chilled.
