Sausage pasta salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
125 grams Dried tri-colour pasta twists; cooked and cooled
\N \N ; (4oz)
1 \N Red pepper; finely diced
4 \N Salad onions; diagonally sliced
1 \N Red apple; cored and diced
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Freshly chopped mixed herbs
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
\N \N Lettuce leaves to serve

1. Diagonally slice the sausages and place in a bowl with the pasta, red pepper, salad onions, apple, mayonnaise, herbs and seasoning to taste.

2. Mix well and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves. Serve chilled.
