Smoked salmon quesadilla

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 8\" flour tortilla
2 ounces Smoked mozzarella cheese; thin sliced or grate
1½ ounce Smoked salmon; diced
½ teaspoon Cilantro; fresh, chopped

1. Heat your pan hot the add a small amount of oil.

2. add flour tortilla and begin to cook on one side then flip.

3. on one half add cheese, salmon, & cilantro.

4. Finish cooking until warmed through & cheese is melted.

Serving suggestions:

Serve on a bed of baby greens with Cilantro sour cream (1 cup sour cream + ¼ cup fresh minced cilantro), lightly toss the greens with ½ oz olive oil and

½ oz balsamic vinegar.

On the side serve mango salsa!
