Smoked salmon salad

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Mixed lettuces
½ \N Cucumber cot into stipes
1 \N Red pepper cut into strips
1 \N Punet of red cherry tomatoes
1 \N Punnet of white mushrooms sliced
125 grams Smoked salmon sliced into strips
50 millilitres Soya sauce
50 millilitres Oil
60 millilitres Brown sugar
125 \N White grape vinegar
5 millilitres Sesame sauce
25 millilitres Syryp
12 millilitres Curry powder
35 millilitres Peanut butter
\N \N A few drops of tabasco


Liquidse the above salad dressing Method:

Layer all the salad ingriedince in order as above Do not toss Pour over dressing just before serving

I like this for Shabbos lunch.
