Smoked salmon scramble

| 1 | teaspoon | Schwartz Fennel Seeds |
| 1 | ounce | Butter; (25g) |
| 4 | ounces | Smoked salmon - chopped; (100g) |
Directions
Beat the eggs with the milk or cream, salt, Pepper and Fennel Seeds. Melt the butter in a non stick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture, stirring until cooked and creamy. Stir in the smoked salmon, heating through gently for a minute before serving with crusty bread.
