Smaking wings (hirsh)

Ingredients

16Chicken wings
½cupSalad oil
¼cupBalsamic vinegar
¼cupHoney
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
2tablespoonsCane syrup OR dark corn syrup
1tablespoonTabasco pepper sauce
½teaspoonRed pepper flakes
½teaspoonDried thyme
1teaspoonSoy sauce
¼teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼teaspoonCayenne
¼teaspoonGround nutmeg

Directions

Cut off and discard bony wing tips. Cut remaining wings in half.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Marinate wings in this mixture 1 hour in refrigerator, then grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently.

Makes 32 pieces.
