Honey-lime wings

Yield: 36 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 kilograms Chicken wings
¼ cup Liquid honey
2 tablespoons Lime juice
\N \N Finely grated peel of 1 lime
1 \N Clove of garlic
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on rack, spacing ½ in apart.

Broil 3 inches from element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and skin is crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. When wings are cooked toss in honey mixture. Serve, drizzling mixture over wings.
