Slow-cooker sage dressing

| 1 | cup | Freshly chopped onion |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| 3 | cups | Apple; chopped, unpeeled |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh parsley, minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Rubbed sage |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 1 | cup | To 1/12 stock |
Directions
Spray walls of slow-cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for one hour, stir well; cook on low 2-3 hours. 116 cal per serving.
