Slice tomatoes and gravy

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Fresh garden tomatoes, slice
2 tablespoons Drippings or chicken fat
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Sweet milk
\N \N Chicken bouillon granules (optional)

GRAVY

Arrange the tomatoes on 2 plates. To make the gravy, melt the fat in a heavy saucepan and add flour, stirring briefly over medium heat. Add sweet milk and stir until it comes to a full boil, adding the bouillon granules fro extra flavor. Serve the gravy over the sliced tomatoes.

Note: Before someone asks the question, "what is sweet milk", I will give you her comment. "Sweet" milks is the country term for non-buttermilk.
