Tomato and apple gravy

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ \N Onion; chopped
2 \N Green dessert apples; sliced
450 grams Tomatoes; skinned and chopped

Gently fry the onion and apples in the olive oil until softened, add the tomatoes and cook for a further few minutes. Whizz in a food processor, depending on age of child, or leave chunky as a relish.
