Tomato and apple gravy

| ½ | Onion; chopped | |
| 2 | Green dessert apples; sliced | |
| 450 | grams | Tomatoes; skinned and chopped |
Directions
Gently fry the onion and apples in the olive oil until softened, add the tomatoes and cook for a further few minutes. Whizz in a food processor, depending on age of child, or leave chunky as a relish.
