Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well after each addition. Simmer 2 hours or until liquid is sufficiently reduced. Serve over spaghetti. Top with chopped onions and grated Colby or Cheddar cheese; serve oyster crackers on side.
