Sister mary's zesty carrots

6 Carrots
2 tablespoons Grated onion
2 tablespoons Horseradish
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Buttered bread crumbs

Directions

Clean and cut carrots into thin strips. Cook until tender in salted water. Place in 6 x 10" baking dish. Mix together grated onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and water. Pour over carrots.

Sprinkle with a ¼ cup of butter crumbs. Bake about 15 min. at 375 degrees F.
