Simply elegant potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 -(up to)
10 New potatoes
1 Stick butter or margarine
½ cup Chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Slice unpeeled potatoes ¼ inch thick. Steam for 10 minutes or until tender. Melt butter and add parsley, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a shallow dish, pour butter mixture over, and serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
