Tapenade with sun-dried tomatoes

¼cupOlive oil
2cupsOnions; sliced
½cupOil-packed sun-dried tomatoes; chopped
½cupChopped pitted brine-cured black olives

Directions

Saute onions until dark brown. Place in a blender or food processor and pulse until a chunky mixture forms.

Serve on boboli, pastas or on toasted baguette slices.
