Shrimp and garlic sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
½poundsCooked pasta
1Head of fresh garlic
1tablespoonButter
1bunch(small) of green onion, finely chopped
2cupsWhipping or heavy cream
3tablespoonsWhite wine
3tablespoonsParmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
1poundsShrimp bolied only until done and still hot

Directions

Mince the garlic and sautee it in the butter for about 5 minutes and add the green onion. Add the cream and simmer until it starts to noticeably reduce, about 15 minutes. Add the wine and cheese and taste for salt and pepper. Add the hot shrimp and serve immediatly on top of a bed of hot pasta.

This recipe came through a channel of friends and serves four. As a tip...this is a great chance to show off your pasta making skills! Very elegant looking.
