Shrimp salad croissants

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked; chopped shrimp
1 cup Finely chopped celery
½ cup Sliced green onions
2 \N Hard cooked eggs; finely chopped
\N \N Mayonnaise or salad dressing
\N \N Lettuce
8 larges Croissants

Combine first 4 ingredients. Toss with an appropriate amount of mayonnaise or salad dressing, to taste. Chill. Serve on split croissants with lettuce.

Yield: 8 servings.
