Chicken salad croissants

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Chunked cooked chicken
¾ cup Mayonnaise
¾ cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup Sweetened dried cranberries
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Black pepper
4 larges Croissants; split
4 Leaves lettuce; optional

In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately.
