¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
¾ cup | Chopped walnuts |
½ cup | Sweetened dried cranberries |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper |
4 larges | Croissants; split |
4 \N | Leaves lettuce; optional |
In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately.
