Chicken salad croissants

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
| ½ | cup | Sweetened dried cranberries |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 4 | larges | Croissants; split |
| 4 | Leaves lettuce; optional | |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately.
