Chicken salad croissants

Ingredients

2cupsChunked cooked chicken
¾cupMayonnaise
¾cupChopped walnuts
½cupSweetened dried cranberries
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonBlack pepper
4largesCroissants; split
4Leaves lettuce; optional

Directions

In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately.
