Measure Ingredient
250 grams Flour.
125 grams Butter.
1 \N Egg yolk.
5 cloves Water.
25 grams Sugar.
5 grams Salt.

1 Pour the flour onto a large table, add the softened butter and knead until mixed together well.

2 Make a well in the centre, put in the salt, egg yolk and sugar, and mix, gradually adding the water.

3 When you have a ball of pastry, leave it to stand for 30 mins.
