Shopp salad

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cottage cheese
2 \N Tomatoes
2 \N Green peppers
2 larges Cucumbers
1 large Onion
½ bunch Parsley
½ bunch Oregano
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil

In food processor, shred onion, parsley and oregano.

In large bowl, cut tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Add shredded onion-herb mixture. Add cottage cheese, lemon juice and olive oil.

Mix well and enjoy.

Yield: 3 to 4 servings.

Shopp is a small region in Bulgaria. The recipe was given to me by Bram Vidinsky, a Bulgarian immigrant now living in New York City.
