Pan-fried sherry pork

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Boneless pork steaks
1½ tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Medium-dry sherry
1 \N Clove garlic
\N \N Salt and freshly-ground pepper

Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork steaks until browned on both sides.

Add in garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- ground pepper.

Cook until sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
