Yield: 6 servings
|2 cups||Sesame seeds, toasted|
|½ cup||Coconut, toasted|
|1 teaspoon||Baking powder|
|½ teaspoon||Each of baking soda and salt|
|½ cup||Each mild honey and brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla essence|
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
