Sesame honey crisps

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sesame seeds, toasted |
| ½ | cup | Coconut, toasted |
| 2¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Each of baking soda and salt |
| ¾ | cup | Oil |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Each mild honey and brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla essence |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
