Sesame honey crisps

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sesame seeds, toasted
½ cup Coconut, toasted
2¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Each of baking soda and salt
¾ cup Oil
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Each mild honey and brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
