Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Sesame seeds, toasted |
½ cup | Coconut, toasted |
2¼ cup | Flour |
1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
½ teaspoon | Each of baking soda and salt |
¾ cup | Oil |
2 \N | Eggs |
½ cup | Each mild honey and brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla essence |
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
