Sesame honey crisps

Ingredients

2cupsSesame seeds, toasted
½cupCoconut, toasted
cupFlour
1teaspoonBaking powder
½teaspoonEach of baking soda and salt
¾cupOil
2Eggs
½cupEach mild honey and brown sugar
1teaspoonVanilla essence

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Form into small balls and place on a greased baking tray. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 170øC for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then store in an airtight tin. Makes three dozen crisp, delicious biscuits.
