Semi-mole sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Anchos; torn seeded and soaked; roast and grind the seeds
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Handful raisins
1 Handful walnuts
1 cup Orange juice
1 Onion
1 tablespoon Cocoa
2 tablespoons Ground roasted Pasillas
2 Tomatoes

Put it all into whatever blender-whizzer you use, and liquify. This is the best sauce I have created. Eat right! Barb K. bkeeler@...
