Mocha satin sauce

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Whipping cream
⅓ cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Powdered instant coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla

In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in whipping cream and cocoa, and sugar. Cook over medium, stirring often until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat; simmer five minutes. Remove from heat; stir in instant coffee and vanilla. Serve warm or cool.

Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce.

To reheat; place sauce in small saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until warm.
