Scrambled eggs with vodka and smoked salmon

| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soured cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Premium grain vodka or to taste |
| Smoked salmon | ||

Directions
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan on a low heat and add egg mixture.
Cook slowly, which will make it even creamier, stirring with a wooden spoon.
When eggs reach a creamy consistency and are almost ready stir in the cream and vodka (having stirred the vodka into the cream first).
Serve immediately with smoked salmon.
