Scottish pancakes

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each Egg
¼ cup Melted butter or salad oil
½ cup Icing sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Flour
¾ cup Milk

sift the dry ingredients. Mix the egg, sugar and butter and add alternatley with the milk. Drop by tbsp on to hot ungreased skillet.
