Scone mix with recipe

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Cream of tartar SCONES:
1 pack Mix
3 tablespoons Butter, softened
½ cup Buttermilk
1 \N Egg

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Scones: Preheat oven to 375. Blend butter into mix until it is well distributed. Stir in egg and buttermilk. Knead 1 minute. Quarter dough, form into a 6" round and ½" thick.
