Easy scones

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 \N Rhodes dinner rolls
\N \N Oil for frying
\N \N Confectioner's sugar
\N \N Jam or honey

Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet, 1½" apart. Cover with plastic wrap, sprayed with Pam. Let rise until double, about 1 /12-2 hours.

Streatch each roll to 5" before frying. Fry in fat at 375 F. until light brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or serve with butter, honey or jam. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
