Savory herb bread

Ingredients

| 2¼ | cup | Bisquick reduced fat baking mix |
| ¾ | cup | Yoplait fat free plain yogurt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley -or- |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried parsley flakes |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh or |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried sage leaves |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Egg white | |
| 1 | Clove garlic; finely chopped -or- | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8x1-½ inches.
MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spread in pan.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf, pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16 wedges).
