Savory herb bread

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
¾ cup Yoplait fat free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley -or-
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh or
1 teaspoon Dried sage leaves
2 \N Eggs
1 \N Egg white
1 \N Clove garlic; finely chopped -or-
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8x1-½ inches.

MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.

Spread in pan.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf, pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16 wedges).
