Savory herb bread

Ingredients

cupBisquick reduced fat baking mix
¾cupYoplait fat free plain yogurt
2tablespoonsChopped fresh parsley -or-
1teaspoonDried parsley flakes
1tablespoonChopped fresh or
1teaspoonDried sage leaves
2Eggs
1Egg white
1Clove garlic; finely chopped -or-
¼teaspoonGarlic powder

Directions

HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8x1-½ inches.

MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.

Spread in pan.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf, pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16 wedges).
