teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
2largesLeeks, 10-oz. total; white part only, cut into 2.1/2\" julienne, rinsed/drained
2Yellow peppers; stemmed, rib removed, seeded/julienned
1Tomato; diced
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonFreshly ground pepper

SANDWICH FILLING

Grill or broil sausages 12 mins. or until cooked through; turning often. Make dressing - in blender or food processor, blend ingredients until smooth.

In lg. skillet, heat 1 tbsp. dressing over high heat. Add leeks and peppers; saute 5 mins. or until softened. Slice sausages diagonally; add to leek mixture. Add remaining dressing, the tomato, salt, and pepper. Toss. Serve in rolls.
