Sausages (old family recipe)

| 8 | ounces | Minced veal |
| 2 | ounces | Minced streaky bacon |
| 2 | ounces | Shredded suet |
| 4 | ounces | Fresh white breadcrumbs |
| Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | pinch | Ground nutmeg |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped fresh sage |
| Grated rind of lemon | ||
Directions
Just mix everything together and shape into a sausage. Shallow fry in oil.
