Sausages (old family recipe)

8ouncesMinced pork
8ouncesMinced veal
2ouncesMinced streaky bacon
2ouncesShredded suet
4ouncesFresh white breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1pinchGround nutmeg
2teaspoonsChopped fresh sage
Grated rind of lemon

Directions

Just mix everything together and shape into a sausage. Shallow fry in oil.
