Spicy sausages

| 1 | small | Onion, peeled and finely chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Herby Mustard |
| 2 | dashes | Worcestershire Sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Cloves |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
| Salt and Pepper | ||
| Watercress | ||
| Cherry Tomatoes | ||
Directions
TO SERVE
In a large bowl combine all ingredients execept the watercress and tomatoes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a sausage.
Repeat with the remaining mixture. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill until hot and place sausages on a grill rack. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time until golden brown.
