|1 pounds||Fresh Pork Sausagemeat|
|1 small||Onion, peeled and finely chopped|
|2 teaspoons||Herby Mustard|
|2 dashes||Worcestershire Sauce|
|½ teaspoon||Ground Cloves|
|½ teaspoon||Ground Ginger|
|Salt and Pepper|
In a large bowl combine all ingredients execept the watercress and tomatoes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a sausage.
Repeat with the remaining mixture. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill until hot and place sausages on a grill rack. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning from time to time until golden brown.
