Kentucky scallops

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Scallops
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Flour
4 cups Oil
1½ cup Milk

Wash & dry scallops. Blend seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip scallops in milk then into flour. Deep fry in oil 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
