1 pack | (16 oz) Eckrich Smoked Sausage; 1/4-inch diagonal sliced |
4 | Pita breads; cut into 6 wedges each |
4 ounces | Shredded Swiss cheese |
¼ cup | Plain yogurt |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 medium | Cucumber; grated |
1 tablespoon | Grated onion |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Place a sausage slice and shredded Swiss cheese in each pita wedge. Brush pita wedge lightly with olive oil. Bake filled pita wedges in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 5-8 mins. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion. Serve warm wedges with yogurt dip.
