Sausage pita wedges

| 1 | pack | (16 oz) Eckrich Smoked Sausage; 1/4-inch diagonal sliced |
| 4 | Pita breads; cut into 6 wedges each | |
| 4 | ounces | Shredded Swiss cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Plain yogurt |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | medium | Cucumber; grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated onion |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Place a sausage slice and shredded Swiss cheese in each pita wedge. Brush pita wedge lightly with olive oil. Bake filled pita wedges in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 5-8 mins. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion. Serve warm wedges with yogurt dip.
Yield: 24 wedges
