Sausage pita wedges

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (16 oz) Eckrich Smoked Sausage; 1/4-inch diagonal sliced
4 Pita breads; cut into 6 wedges each
4 ounces Shredded Swiss cheese
¼ cup Plain yogurt
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 medium Cucumber; grated
1 tablespoon Grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Place a sausage slice and shredded Swiss cheese in each pita wedge. Brush pita wedge lightly with olive oil. Bake filled pita wedges in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 5-8 mins. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion. Serve warm wedges with yogurt dip.

Yield: 24 wedges
