Sausage pita wedges

1pack(16 oz) Eckrich Smoked Sausage; 1/4-inch diagonal sliced
4Pita breads; cut into 6 wedges each
4ouncesShredded Swiss cheese
¼cupPlain yogurt
¼cupMayonnaise
1mediumCucumber; grated
1tablespoonGrated onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place a sausage slice and shredded Swiss cheese in each pita wedge. Brush pita wedge lightly with olive oil. Bake filled pita wedges in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 5-8 mins. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion. Serve warm wedges with yogurt dip.

Yield: 24 wedges
