1 pounds | Linked sausage |
2 cups | Drained sauerkraut |
1 cup | Sour cream |
4 \N | Pita breads; (up to 8) |
Saute onion and pepper in a little butter. Add sausage, 'kraut and heat thoroughly. Mix in sour cream; heat.. DON'T BOIL. Divide into pitas 4-8 servings depending on how much you want to use per pita bread.
