Sausage pitas

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Cp.chopped onion
1 \N Sliced green pepper
1 pounds Linked sausage
2 cups Drained sauerkraut
1 cup Sour cream
4 \N Pita breads; (up to 8)

Saute onion and pepper in a little butter. Add sausage, 'kraut and heat thoroughly. Mix in sour cream; heat.. DON'T BOIL. Divide into pitas 4-8 servings depending on how much you want to use per pita bread.
