Sausage pitas

| 1 | Sliced green pepper | |
| 1 | pounds | Linked sausage |
| 2 | cups | Drained sauerkraut |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 4 | Pita breads; (up to 8) | |
Directions
Saute onion and pepper in a little butter. Add sausage, 'kraut and heat thoroughly. Mix in sour cream; heat.. DON'T BOIL. Divide into pitas 4-8 servings depending on how much you want to use per pita bread.
