Sausage pie casserole

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Crescent rolls; (8 oz.)
1 pounds Grated Mozzarella
½ pounds Grated Muenster
½ cup Parmesan; grated
2 pounds Italian sweet sausage
7 \N Eggs

Take sausage out of skin. Cook and drain. Do not make crispy. Let cool while you roll or spread 1 package crescent rolls on bottom of 9 x 15-inch pan. Crumble sausage and mix with Mozzarella and Muenster cheese. Put in lined pan. Beat 6 eggs and 1 yolk (keep egg white) and pour over sausage/cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with remaining package of crescent rolls. Brush with egg white and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
