Sausage and cheese pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Crescent rolls
1 pack Brown and serve sausage link
2 cups Monterey jack cheese; shredd
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
¾ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Green pepper; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Oregano

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:25 Preheat oven to 400. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased pan. Press over bottom and halfway up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Slice sauasages and arrange over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. COmbine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
