Sausage cups

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsGround sausage, cooked & crumbled
¼cupMargarine
½Cupped green onion, chopped fine
1cupMushroom, chopped
½cupOlives, chopped
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonBlack pepper
½cupFlour
1quartHeavy whipping cream
½cupParmesan cheese
24Phyllo tarts, or tart shells

Directions

Melt margaine and cook onion utnil soft. Add mushrooms, olives, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour, stirring constanly. Pour in cream and bring to a boil. Add sausage. Reduce heat and simmer till thick.

Prebake shells if they need to be. Fill dough cups with mixture, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
