Sausage biscuits

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Sausage,cooked and drained
1½ cup Bisquick
4 ounces Grated Cheddar cheese
(about 1 cup)
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt



Mix together Bisquick and cheese,then add sausage.

Mix liquids, then add to solid mixture. Shape into small balls, flatten slightly. Bake @ 350 degrees 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
