Sausage covered hard-boiled eggs

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Hard-boiled eggs
1 pounds Sausage
1 \N Beaten egg
\N \N Bread crumbs
\N \N Parsley flakes
\N \N Paprika

Cover hard-boiled eggs tightly with sausage. Wet with beaten egg. Cover with a mixture of bread crumbs, parsley flakes and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
