Pickled hard-boiled eggs

1cupBeet liquid

¼cupOnion; chopped
4Whole cloves

Directions

Place eggs in a bowl or jar. Mix vinegar, beet liquid, sugar, salt, onions, and cloves. Pour over eggs. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days. Slice eggs before serving.
