Sausage & squash casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk pork sausage
1 clove Garlic, crushed
4 cups Sliced yellow squash
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
½ teaspoon Whole oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Eggs, beaten

Saute sausage, squash and remaining ingredients; blend well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1½ inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-16-95
