Saucy cheese topping

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Skim milk
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard - optional
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Grated american cheese

Make a paste for flour and 2 tbsp. milk in saucepan. Stirring constantly, gradually add the remaining milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasoning and cheese and stir over low heat until thickened.

Serve over potatoes or vegetables.

Servings - 16. 1 Tablespoon = 20 calories and ¼ med. fat meat exchange.
