Saucepan stuffing and seasoning mix

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Ground sage or poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon Chichen bouillon granules
1 tablespoon Dried chopped celery
2 teaspoons Dried minced onions
2 teaspoons Dried parsley leaves--crushed
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Makes 1 pack
1¼ \N C water
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 pack Stuffing seasoning mix (see above)
4 cups Partially dried bread cubes

STUFFING SEASONING MIX

SAUCEPAN STUFFING

in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving.

VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. I've used some turkey juice in place of water-if oily turkey juice, omit butter. also can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
